Phoebe for G8/G8.1 Females

Phoebe for G8/G8.1 Females is a new outfit for the Genesis 8/8.1 females. The top features a wide lower band and criss-cross leather straps with eyelets across the chest. The skirt features a leather strap harness with eyelets and rings ... the harness can be hidden. The panty included is to offer some modesty when using the transparent skirt textures ... it features a wide lacey band that playfully peaks out above the skirt waistband, but the waistband can be hidden if so desired.
