Whole mesh has custom weight paint for dForce strength, and Belt part is not involved in simulation.
dForce enabled surface consists of around 28k polys (Chest, Strap and Skirt parts). I found this quantity as optimal since relatively high number of polygons provide realistic draping but increase simulation time.
