Photo Props: Picket Fence

Take your runtime into photorealism with the Picket Fence!

Picket Fence is a fence construction set consiting of 14 different pieces, perfect for creating that suburban dream or run-down yard. It comes with 3 different length pieces, a gate, and posts. The gate has a real latch with a morph that can open and close it, and it can open and close, using the Y-rotate.

Two different main sets are included for the fences. One main set, where it is whole and clean, and one broken one, where some planks are missing and things are a bit off. Perfect for that Halloween scene!

All the textures are in high resolution, with multiple 0.5k, 1k, 2k and 4K maps depending on the piece. Also, to ensure realism, there are multiple texture variations on the planks, so you will not have to worry about a repetitive appearance. The materials, both for IRAY and Superfly, are in full PBR, with albedo, height, roughness and metal where applicable.

Two material sets are included, one classic white picket fence with a little bit of paint chipped off, and one made from old, raw wood.
