Sopwith Camel

During World War I, the knights of the sky first took to the sky in their fighter planes.
While aircraft designs changed rapidly with the dawn of aviation, the Sopwith Camel served throughout much of the war.
Even though newer and better fighters took to skies, the Sopwith Camel still fought on against the artillery balloons, as well as bombing trenches.
Presented here for your rendering pleasure is a model of that famous Sopwith Camel.
This is a heavily rigged model with all flight surfaces rigged. There are full controls rigged in the cockpit, as well as rigged instruments.
Also included are material settings for three different pilots. George Vaughn flew in the 17th Aero Squadron in the U.S. Army Air Corps.
Billy Barker was one of the leading Canadian Royal Air Force aces.
Roy Brown is the pilot who is credited with being the pilot who brought down the infamous Red Baron, Manfred von Richthofen.
All three material settings are offered in 2K, 4K, and 8K textures. This model also comes with a smart propped spinning propellor to add some movement to your static renders.
