You got the base product from here? Well, it is outdated and in the old legacy format (exe installers are of 2011). Therefore I'm sure it will not work with the Iray addon. The base product got updated by DAZ in February this year (before the release of the addon) and the legacy files were removed and replaced. You will need the updated package from DAZ. Maybe somebody will upload it here sometime.
