Small Room Kit: Bathroom Props

A highly detailed Bathroom add-on set for the Small Room Kit by Predatron and Diane. This set consists of 81 bathroom styled props with a whole host of added textures. It is possible to make a number of different bathroom layouts as everything can be moved or deleted. Centerpiece is the roll top Bath Tub that comes with a free standing Shower and several Shower Curtain variants. The water can be removed or lowered, it comes with detailed HD morph for ripples.

Different sized Cabinets can be used to fill the room along with a matching Sink Cabinet. Various other props include Jar, Lotions, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Picture Frames, Steam Planes, Light Fittings, Towels, Towel Rack, Bathroom Door, Marble Fireplace, Box of Tissues, Bath Holder, Back Brush, 2 x Mirrors, Toilet Roll plus Holder, a Stool and more. There are 4 included Plants and 6 Poses for the Genesis 3 Female(s).
