Collective3d 5 Low Poly Bungalows

Fill your neighborhood out in style with these five exterior-only variations of the Collective3d Blue Collar Bungalow! Designed with speed and efficiency in mind, these unique houses contain approximately 5% of the polygons utilized by the full featured Blue Collar Bungalow, with a small texture footprint to match. Load as many of these into your scene as you need, to fill up endless blocks of any urban residential scene, without bogging your computer down.

Each of the five variations is based on the original floorplan of the Blue Collar Bungalow, and features unique roof lines, brick and trim colors, and exterior features such as doors, windows, porch lights, and address plaques. Three are single story variations of the gabled roof style, one features a hip roof for a low profile, and yet another features a second floor with dormer.

The highly detailed texture maps are hand painted and while these houses are designed to fill in the background of your scene, they are high enough resolution to shoot reasonably close – within ten or fifteen feet – without losing resolution.
