HT Modular AAA Kit Secret Base is my largest project in the HT collection to date, a modular environment featuring over 50 high-quality assets designed to let you build your own secret base with maximum creative freedom. Whether you're creating military facilities, underground laboratories, sci-fi headquarters, or tactical operations centers, this kit provides everything you need to assemble unique and highly detailed scenes.

Inspired by the iconic industrial science-fiction aesthetic of late-1990s and early-2000s 3D games such as Half Life and Deus Ex, the environment combines clean modular architecture, reinforced corridors, laboratories, control rooms, and tactical facilities to capture the atmosphere of classic retro sci-fi while taking full advantage of modern rendering quality.

The kit is built around a modular workflow while also including a complete pre-built scene for instant rendering, with one version optimized for daytime and another for nighttime. It also features Light On/Off material presets, more than 20 cinematic camera presets, and environment settings for morning, day, and night, allowing you to instantly transform the mood of your renders.

Every module has been designed to seamlessly connect with the others, making it easy to expand corridors, create new rooms, or assemble entirely original facilities without visible transitions.
