Three layers of protection: a flowing fabric base to catch the wind as you charge into battle, rugged leather for when things get up close and personal, and fluffy fur around the neck and shoulders, because even conquerors deserve a bit of comfort. Add some bone trinkets, like fangs and a bird skull, because nothing says "don't mess with me", like wearing a tiny predator on your chest.
