Medusa - V4

Ok I am confused. I downloaded this once before. I got a dress, the hair of snakes, Ruins and some poses. No textures nothing else, so I redownloaded this file here and got the same thing. I downloaded the Medusa Texture Expansion Pack and for some reason other then the hair (snakes) no color changed, in fact there are no necklace or tiara or anything else with this file but there are textures for them, as well as the Skirt, Top and Sleeves. I looked at THIS file and all I see is a dress, Ruins (in the props folder) and the hair. So if this is not the right file I like to know where the right one is? So I can properly use the Expansion Pack for it.
